one way is if you get divorce by mutual consent you need not give any maintenance to your wife and if it is contested then you have to show that she left your house without any particular reason and if she is living in adultery that is extra marital affair

Dear Queriest as per your mentioned query it is not as simple as you are saying that the court will consider by showing a screenshot of the LinkedIn profile just because he is searching for a job. If he is highly educated that's all is only enough.

Hi generally all husband tries to prove this in court and most get unsuccessful and there are various judgements passed by respective high court where Education is not considered as ground to deny the maintenance to wife so it is better you engage appropriate counsel who can represent your point in court and show the genuineness of your current situation why you can not pay the same hope u soon come out of this and both have better life wish you happy successful life

Well, if a Man does not want to give Maintenance to his Wife, then, he has to prove that the Wife has been earning more than him and that the Wife is more literate than him Moreover, to deny Maintenance, Husband can can also show his expenses more than wife.
