Hi, I have my Divorce case at the court. I have filed an OP case and my ex wife have filed a MC case on me. So at the status as Trail the MC was dismissed by the honorable Judge and orders to be passed on the OP as exparty on the next hearing. On the next hearing my opponent came and filed a petition on the same with the reason for her absence. Now the status is mentioned as IA / EA PENDING / CMP PENDING/ CRP PENDING/ CMA PENDING. My question is 1. What is The Full from of all the above short from? 2. What dose it mean on this status? 3. Your suggestion on what can I do further to make it favour on my side?
