What is "Service Pending" status on Divorce Case in chennai family court. it has been pending before the court since last 5 months and Appellant looking for ex-party orders.

It means notice not served to the other side. It happens when the summons not delivered.

the court is providing various services like issue of notice from the court is also a service made by the court. if notice was issued and postal ad card awaiting also constitute the service pending status.
