My husband doesn't support my daughter education. He never did. Am i eligible to get expenses for my daughter education? I am highly qualified. But don't have stable job. Can I ask alimony and both children education expenses from my husband who is working abroad?

Yes you can claim maintenance from your husband for your children education and other expenses. Depending on the facts you may or may not be eligible to claim for maintenance for yourself. Alimony will be decided at the conclusion of divorce or by mutual arrangement.

Dear Client....
yes you can claim maintenance from your husband.... if he is not makeing any payment yiu can must file execution petition and also you can too file a complaint under the domestic violence act for payment of maintenance. as per law your your qualification can not bar to get maintanance it is duty of your husband. you and your child have right to get maintenance and also education expenditure.... need furthermore clarification and any doubt please call me thank you Advocate Iyappan.E
