I am a petrol bunk owner. In December 2024, one of my drivers took my truck without my knowledge and used it to transport diesel without a bill. Civil Supplies Police seized the truck, and I was arrested and added as A1 only because I am the vehicle owner. I obtained bail within 4 days and have no other connection to the offence. Q: rental lease money recollection from property owner

Hello, I took a property on lease before 2 years for INR 5,00,000. I vacated the property last year and property owner has paid only 30% of the lease amount and the owner is postponing until he gets next lessee. I still have access to property and the owner is okay with me to use the property until he repays, but I have no use with it. I have evidences of rental agreement, call and whatsapp recording. what step should i take in order to realize my money from the owner. Thank you

As he is paying rent and for groceries he states that it’s his house and am eating his food and when angry asks me to get out of house. Is it correct legally? Asks me to pay for everything 50%.
