Divorce on mental cruelty and maintenance

Sir i have been tortured and Harrased by my wife and her family and i have her voice recordings in which she is threatening me and my family members. As i have been suggested by someone to give her divorce on cruelty ground. I want to know will i be liable to pay her maintenance if i give her divorce on cruelty?
It's good ground to file divorce but you u have to prove it. If you file divorce petition then she may move an application for interim maintenance bit quantum of maintenance would depend upon your income and capabilities of wife to earn.

Maintenance is ascertained on different aspect. Things which are kept in mind by the court when maintenance is allowed are:-
1. Earning of husband
2. Earning of wife
3. Status/living standard of both husband and wife
4. Children if any.
So ground of divorce is not material for maintenance until and unless the wife has married somebody else.
