I stay with my retired father and my husband was mental harassing and not giving son's education expenses..can i get maintenance for my son.and can i stop him as he and his family keep giving warnings like if i wont go in his house they will see me and my son blah blah
If the behaviour of your husband is intolerable towards you then you can always file for divorce against him under cruelty grounds. Yes absolutely you can ask for maintenance for your son education under Sec 125 of CRPC. This section clearly states the liability of father to maintain his wife and children. And also you can restrict Your husband from visiting your home by making an application in court stating all your reasons
