My husband not working since 1 yr after marriage , no maintenance

I m married for 13 yrs,my husband lost his job after 1 yr marriage .Has been staying in house purchased by me since 2012 till date. every time we tell him to earn he will say i will search job. Doin online sales since 2018 . But started paying for grocery since 2019 June expenses paid is electricity bill, wifi bill, gas bill and grocery that too stopped in 2020 pandemic . Again started paying only grocery since 2022 till date.how can i get husband to pay maintenance to me.Can i file for divorce

With these circumstances it is difficult for the court to order for maintenance against your husband. as soon as you and your husband will file your respective affidavit of assets, it will be clear that your husband is earning quite less comparatively. You may seek only for divorce from your husband, if you wish to.

Well, you can file a case in Family Court to seek Maintenance under Sec 125 of the CRPC, 1973 without applying in Court to seek Divorce. You can seek a formal order from Court for Judicial Separation too.
