Husband is in army and don't want to stay with me and asking for divorce as he has cheated on me and physically assaulted me as well and i have compalined to his seniors but counselling happened nothing else. It was a love marriage and now he says can't live with me . I have nowhere to go and no job as of now.. looking for one but not in right frame of mind to do job immediately after these shocks.I don't want divorce and want to stay with him what to do.

Hello, with reference to your question, you need to send a legal notice through your advocate to give him final warning for payment of money otherwise you will file a case against him. if that person returns you the money on the basis of legal notice than your issue is resolved otherwise you need to file a case
