How to deal with wife who is not willing to attend second motion

We have filed a mutual divorce petition six months ago now my wife is not willing to attend second motion wantedly to harrass me . Should I alone attend second motion will it be helpful to me

She must attend for the second session also. If in the second session if your wife will not come to court, judge will not pass orders. If she will it come to court, you have amend the petition into contesting case.

No sir, u cannot, because u filed a petition for divorce on mutual consent. If u are sure that she never comes to the court, u can withdraw the case and contest the matter, get exparte orders, that is the only remedy

Dear Client,
You both must attend the second adjournment after six months. Otherwise court will lnot grant divorce on mutual consent. You must file a separate petition for divorce on another ground.

Hello,

You cannot go alone for the second motion as your wife needs to be present for recording of both parties evidence. You both have to jointly file affidavit of evidence on the second motion day. Try and convince your wife to attend the second motion if she doesn't listen let the MCD petition gets dismissed and then file for contested divorce.
