Awaiting Summons means Court is waiting for the Summons Report to be sent to it either by the Court Officer or the Applicant/Petitioner who got the Summons issued by the Court against Accused/Defendant in a particular case. Summons Report discloses the fact, that, whether summons was served to Defendant/Accused or not.

awaiting summons is the stage where accused has to option to remain present in the court and to file the bail before The Honorable Court by way of advocate first if you get summons of any case you have to know what is and you if you know the case then you have to consult advocate you have to file bail application that application considered by the court and you will get the bell
