Q: Remarriage Time after Mutual Divorce

Me and my spouse are filing for mutual divorce (Hindu Special Marriage Act). After getting the final order or decree how soon can we remarry Socially and also as per Hindu Special Marriage Act

Of course your divorce must be complete, and after the divorce is complete you can remarry at any time after getting degree, there is no time limit for this.You can marry at any time, be it social marriage or registry marriage.

Q: BISHNUPUR COURT আমাকে চার্জ সীটের কাগজ দিচ্ছেন না. 1 বছর হয়ে গেছে .

কোতুলপুর থানার এসআই পুলিশ অতনু চক্রবর্তী আমাকে মিথ্যে কিডন্যাপের কেস দিয়ে 5 লাখ টাকা নিয়েছে. আমি জামিনে মুক্তি পাই. আমার বাড়ি সোনারপুর থানার অন্তর্গত রায়পুরে. আমি পুলিশের বিরুদ্ধে কেস করতে চাই. বাঁকুড়া জেলার অন্তর্গত BISHNUPUR COURT আমার নামে চার্জশিটের কাগজ দিচ্ছেন না. BISHNUPUR COURT এর উকিল দুই বার আবেদন করা সত্ত্বেও আমার নামে কেস কাগজ এবং চার্জশিটের কাগজ দিচ্ছেন না. কোনো উকিল আমার নামে চার্জশিটের কাগজ আনতে পারছেন না. আগে যে উকিল চার্জশিটের কাগজ এনে দিতে পারবে তাকে আমি টাকা দেবো.

টাকা তো দেবে সেটা ভালো কথা কিন্তু টাকাটা তো মেইন বিষয় নয়, পুলিশ এমনটাও হতে পারে এখনো পর্যন্ত ওই কেসের চার্জশিট করেনি, ওই কেসের ইনভেস্টিগেশন বাকি আছে এখনো অথবা ওই কেসের এখনো আসামি অ্যারেস্ট হচ্ছে ওই জন্য পুলিশ এখনো পর্যন্ত চার্জশিট করেনি এমনটা হতে পারে, আপনি আগে খোঁজ নিন কোন উকিলবাবু অথবা মুহুরীতে দিয়ে যে আপনার ওই কেসের চার্জশিট এখনো পর্যন্ত হয়েছে কিনা?

Q: forcing to marry against my interest.

i am a woman, my age is below 18 and my parents is forcing to marry. what can i take action against it.Sometimes they say that as soon as i become 18 years old they give marry to someone.i belong from a village of west Bengal. what to do please guide.

No your parents can never force you to marry even if you are below eighteen years of age, If they do then child marriage act is a punishable offense and for that you can go to local police station and file a complaint against them.

Q: Financial and land fraud with two agents now they are not returning

Its a land fraud in Bolpur Shantinekitan where I tried to purchase 5 kattha from two agents and I paid them 2.5 Lakh RS via net banking.After receiving the money they started befooling us with different stories and denying to return the money.Please help.

There was any agreement between you when you paid the money? If there was any agreement then go to the immediate local police station against them at 420 IPC with the copy of the agreement and a receipt copy of the money you paid them File a case

Q: Enquiry on case status Unready Board

HiMy wife had filed a DV case from Pune on 26th April, against me and my mother, who are staying in Kolkata. I came to know as she informed me, however, I haven't received any physical notice yet and in ecourt site the case status is showing Unready Board. I wanted to know what does the status mean and, when can I expect a physical notice. As per ecourt the hearing date was 26th July and next on 9th September. So I am not sure what to do.

This mean there is some technical issues. generally courts like panvel do not update the system online.And,Notice must be sent to your home physically by post office,Have you attended in court any hearings yet?If you do not appear in court you must appear in court on the next date.
