I was in live-in relationship with a man who cheated with multiple partners . Now he's denying to marry and his parents are not agree to marriage. He abused me many times . What would be tha steps?

Of course you can make a serious complaint in his name in the local police station or in Court, which will started to the case under section 376 (d) and 511 ipc and other sections also,And after filing the case you will be taken from the police station to the magistrate to give a statement of 164, which you will tell the magistrate the entire incident.After giving your statement to the Magistrate,Then the police will take serious action against him as per the order of the Magistrate.

I have withdrawal money from my trading account but not credited in my bank account. While earlier withdrawals are credited in my bank account.

Do you know is the company legal or illegal?I mean, is this the only problem you have?No, many others like you are having this problem.You can go to your local cyber police station with all the credentials,And discuss everything with them, Means tell them everything that happened to you.And the police can help you in many ways.

Q: I Want To Get Autopsy And Police Report

My brother died in the year 2010.His death is suspicious to me.I want to get his autopsy report and also the fir and police reports..How can I get these?? Please help

If you want a full copy of the pathologist's report, you can request this from the coroner's office, but there may be a fee. In some cases, the report may be sent to a hospital doctor or GP so they can discuss it with you.And if there is any case on it, then after the chargesheet submit to the court by police of that case you can take the certified copy of this case from the court, and there you will get the postmortem report and also Fir and orthers report.

No,Many courts has directed that certified copy of Autopsy cannot be issued under RTI and is covered under the exemption of Section 8(1) (j) of RTI Act. If you want a full copy of the pathologist's report, you can request this from the coroner's office, but there may be a fee. Q: Refund of Payment from Agency for fulfilling the assigned work

I have hired a website development agency for the development of our website.As per the mutual understanding with the agency, it will start the work with a 1/3rd amount in advance.Once the agency starts the work,the remaining amount will be paid.But after five days, the agency demanded more money to start the work.On realizing potential fraud, I asked to discontinue the project and asked for a refund of my amount. But they are not responding to my constant communication. What can be done now ?
