If your wife is willing to come to your matrimonial life then she has to first of all execute a settlement deed in which it will be written that all the pending cases will be withdrawn and will not do any civil or criminal cases in future. This deed will be signed by both of you along with witnesses and notarized. And if there's no scope of living together then rather stretching the relationship you should file for contested divorce under the ground of cruelty. In case she is ready for reconciliation then you can go for it, if that’s what you also want and your concern with regard to more false cases after reconciliation then in that case you will always have the proof of these ongoing cases for showing her false and malafide intention with this regard.

If you dont want to live with your spouse you can explore legal options and go for separation through a divorce or judicial separation. Go for a written MOU and get the terms reduced into writting enunciating the fact that whatever allegations were levelled by her were false

Hi,

In case you come back and live together, you can make a deed stating that parties hereby resolve all their issues amicably and now have no grievance against each other. Also, neither party shall file any case against each other with respect to any incidents that happened to this date. Also, any matters pending before nay court shall be deemed to be declared null and void or shall be withdrawn.
