Can I lodge FIR against husband and in laws while case is already in CAW Cell for domestic violence
Pl advise what further action is required to be taken from my side is any lawyer will be approached

The FIR will be lodged upon the complaint which you have filled in CAW cell. For accelerating your process, you must file a complaint with DCP and CP. however, till the time your mediation/counselling is not concluded in CAW, the FIR will not be registered.

your matter before CAW cell will get converted into FIR if there is no settlement and the allegations amount to cognizable offence. Domestic Violence proceedings are different and can be instituted notwithstanding criminal proceedings. I think you need clarity, so you should seek advice from a competent lawyer

yes u can register an FIR under 498a 406 34 and of violence is grevious u can register under 323 325 etc and u can claim maintenance, register FIR and ask for rights for ur kids and get separated by taking contested divorce

You can always file an application before the magistrate of your area for registration of FIR under section 156(3) Cr.P.C
