The charge of 498a 406 323 34 has framed on my husbnd bt till date he didn't join any investigation the dsp and ap also gives the order of his arrest he applied for anticipatory bt bail is dimissed now I said to i.o to arrest him to i.o khta h mje PTA hi ni vo kha pr h asa krke arrest nhi kr rha wt should I do now

Q: Husband filed case of cruelty (hindu marriage)

Husband filed divorce case for cruelty (married for 10 yrs). He has affair (sexual) with her colleague and want to marry her (affair started before 1 year of filing the case). Husband is ready to settle the case but not ready to pay as per the demand so don’t want to give divorce (have child of 8 yrs). Please suggest

you can file maintenance case and child custody case against your husband even u can file an FIR against ur husband if there is any cruelty for further inquiry u can us . divorcr can be done by mutually or contested thanking you .

yes u can register an FIR under 498a 406 34 and of violence is grevious u can register under 323 325 etc and u can claim maintenance, register FIR and ask for rights for ur kids and get separated by taking contested divorce

Q: mutual consent divorce but the marriage is not registered?

one of my freind is married to a Christian women and the marriage was done in a banquet without any cathalic rituals and the marriage is not even registered. can he file for a divorce as now his wife is a UK citizen

For that your wife will send a special power of attorney of favour of any family member or friend here in India and thn you both will sign the petition and hearing can be done by way of virtual court hearing.
