Q: Husband filed case of cruelty (hindu marriage)

Husband filed divorce case for cruelty (married for 10 yrs). He has affair (sexual) with her colleague and want to marry her (affair started before 1 year of filing the case). Husband is ready to settle the case but not ready to pay as per the demand so don’t want to give divorce (have child of 8 yrs). Please suggest

yes u can register an FIR under 498a 406 34 and of violence is grevious u can register under 323 325 etc and u can claim maintenance, register FIR and ask for rights for ur kids and get separated by taking contested divorce

one of my freind is married to a Christian women and the marriage was done in a banquet without any cathalic rituals and the marriage is not even registered. can he file for a divorce as now his wife is a UK citizen
