Hi I mm renu sharma from up bareilly. I got married in 2015 with a guy who belonged to badaun and working in delhi in private firm. From the beggining of my marriage life he started torturing me and did not want to take me to delhi with him. And his mom and sister harrased me and abused me and my family a lot everyday. It was a proper village I was new to village. I said my husband take me to delhi but he didn't until one year. When he took me to delhi then he showed his true colour to me. He didn't give me any money as household expenses never bought cloths nor spoke politely and threatened to family when my family asked a reason why do you have such behavior towards your wife. Lot of time hed beaten me. Finally I moved to hometown and filed a case for maintenance in bareilly and planing to file 498a. Now he threatening me to file a new case in delhi. So my question is can he files a case from delhi while two cases already in use in bareilly. If he can thn which cases he can file.

he can file for a divorce and he can also file for section 9 that is restitution of conjugal rights. he is legally entitled to file such cases if you can file on your behalf. i would suggest you to call me for further guidance on this matter.

Q: An employee who is in aurthorised signatory in a cheque bounce case

Sir I am an employee who was made aurthorised signatory in a company thru a board resolution I and CEO signed cheque which have bounced , matters in court one. At summons stage other at evidence to start with. What defence i have as an employee ...whose salary is pending and I want to leave company as Company has pending case also in NCLT

firstly you need to see if the legal notice for the same cheque was sent in your company's name. secondly if your company is made party to the same case. if you are personally held liable then your defence can be that you are just a signatory and every signatory can't be held liable for the cheque bounce.

Q: Exparte Case Dismissed After 3 Years Of trail.

I filed for divorce in the year 2018. It was running exparte as my wife did not appear in the court. After three and a half years, the judge has dismissed the case on the basis of Jurisdiction. My marriage took place in Faizabad, however, I have been living in Delhi for almost 11 years. Please suggest what are my options?

you can re file the case and as you have the current address of delhi you can file it in delhi. rather than getting the case transferred which takes huge money. you can again file in your stated jurisdiction.

Q: Not Refund money from last 2.5 years

In the May 2019 , i was running a summer coaching classes, when i took 60 cooler for rent from a shopkeeper , who was my distance friend , i paid full advance to him , but due to delay in delivery 60 coolers, intially ust 15 cooler was delivered , i returns his cooler in 4 days, ask for refund , so that i can order from differnet place, but he told , that use this money next summer , i will sure keep cooler ready , this time excuse me , as a friend i told yes, but being COVID -19 from last 2 year m i couldn't open summer coaching classes, now as it being above 2 year , now i am asking refund, he is delaying and excusing to refund , wait next year , i have problem and all,,,so my question is can i file consumer complain against him after 2.5 year to get the refund , even he is lying now that i lost 2 cooler from the 15 he intially deilivered ,which is a lie,i have bills of 60 thousand advance payment with his signature , as well all call recording of him of excuse and not refunding

Q: Want guidance for divorce and filing a infidelity case against husband

My husband is having relationship with another woman and has illegitimate son with her.I am living separately with 9yr old son since last 1 yr.My husband was not living with me since last 4-5 yr.
