Q: Mental and physical harrassment by Daughter in law and son

My son and daughter in law has been harrassing me since their marriage, the fights and torture revolved around property issue only. Thus, Me and my late husband decided to transfer one of our property to them , to get rid of the daily harrasment. Later , when my husband died in 2013 , the son and daughter in law came back to my house saying , I am old and they would take care of me, but later they started harrassing me again, Both mentally and physically. They threatened me to not to talk to any of our Neighbours, relatives and even my 4 daughters. My son and daughter in law even told me that they will sieze all my property as soon as possible and I will die soon. I have even filled a complaint to police once , when the police came , my son told them that my mental state is not right and even police did not helped me. Next day, I called my daughters and told them to take me with them or I will be dead. I dont want to live with him. Please guide me a legal procedure.

Q: Hi, we have done first motion by mutual consent and our case is at tis Hazari court. My second motio

Hi, we have done first motion by mutual consent and our case is at tis Hazari court. My second motion is pending. We mutually agree to give some amount to my wife in 2 parts as mentioned in MOU. First payment we have given by my mother as mentioned in the Mou, but my mother is also close to my wife and she has support to her. I want to know the payment details whether it's been given or not. How can I find it through court? Nothing was produced in court as a proof in first motion. Is there any process where I can know what all things my mother has given to my wife. She's taking advance of my mother. I doubt whether she has secretely given property to her. Please suggest how can I find all the details.

Advocate Swati Sharma answered
U can ask for the court orders, apply for a certified copy of the order, it might have been mentioned in the order. If anything was given the reader might hv noted it down, apply for the copy of order.
