Divorced under muslim law how can i marry under hindu law

I had married a Muslim but have been divorced 2 years ago. We signed a Talaq Nama as per sharia law. Now I am considering a remarriage with a Hindu boy. Do I need more solid documents to formalize my divorce. ?

No. Your talaqnama is enough. If you are not converting your religion before marriage, then you have to marry under special marriage act and if you convert then under Hindu marriage. For special marriage act, you will have to submit a copy of your talaqnama in the marriage registration office.

You can marry under Hindu law if you're divorced, but before that you have to convert into Hindu religion. If you have the documents of talaqnama there is no necessity of another documents. So the above mentioned information

I guess the Talaq Nama might be in Urdu language, you need to get the said Talaq Nama translated in English from a official translator , then you both can apply for marriage under the Special Marriage Act wherein you need to enclose your Talaq Nama.
