Yes audio call recording is considered as an evidence in court under 65b of Indian Evidence Act. Even if you sent that the voice is not yours, the recording is sent to the forensic department if the judge orders it to be verified.

first you need to get a caste certificate of your correct caste. The form is available online on this website www.mahaonline.gov.in.After downloading the form, fill it and submit it in the collectors office. Once you get your new caste certificate you can change on your documents. As for the caste change in your leaving certificate, you will have to figure out if your school is ready to change it or not.

If anyone of you wishes to convert their religion then you can either marry as per hindu rites only or as per muslim rites only. But only if both are professing same religion. But if you both continue to profess your respective religion then you need to fill a form and submit to the local Sub-Registrar of Marriages and marry each other under Special marriage Act. You need to submit this form one month before you intend to marry.

Good afternoon. Second marriage without divorce is not permissible for a woman professing any religion in India. In fact, a Muslim woman has to wait for 3 months 10 days after divorce/talaq in order to remarry.
