In the grounds of adultery I filed divorce against my husband case is in pending. He refused to give divorce to me. Mean while my husband followed me where am going where am coming..and coming to my place and fighting with me..he wants to patch up with me..am working in a mnc and living separate with my daughter in rented house. Still he haven't give maintance to my daughter and her studies. What I have to take further action against him..Is there any possibility to sue if he disturb us..I need peaceful life..
