My husband drinks weekly 4 times and abuse about me and my family, I am very much stressed with their activities, I have a three year old child, they took all my jewels and land and insist on getting money from my dad always how to get relief from these problems

Q: tenant not paying rent or vacating/ cheque bounce

I registered a tenancy agreement with a company for 9 year and 9 months, one of the term is if the tenant is not Paying rent for consecutive 6 months only he needs to vacate, now he is not paying rent at all, totally 6 months arrears is there and it's not consecutive. so he is not vacating or paying rent. the cheques he gave is bounced. how to proceed this one

if your tenancy agreement is live... then File a cheque case against him before Magistrate Court and also file a vacate petition before a Munsif Court . You have to file both case subsequently. But before filing case first send him two legal notice one for bouncing of cheque and another to vacate the suit property...if you want further details and guidance contact me .

Hi, around three years ago my husband married me because of his parent's pressure. From day one he wanted a divorce when I refuse he started to manipulate my parents and everyone around me thinking I'm the bad person and even isolated me after he got me pregnant he kick my stomach which case to abortion and that's when my parents realized what's going on and take me with them.. Right after I left for my parents home he send a divorce notice said so much lie after two years of court hearing at the time of enquiry now he wanted to withdraw the case and file new petition what can I do now he didn't give any maintenance
