I am assumin that the conse building is in the name of one of you, if so you better immediately file a Case in Civil Court to prevent your daughter-in-law from re-entering your house. Though you cannot prevent her filing any complaint against you, you can married her friends in this case.

Dear Sir, Since it is your house, You can file a civil case restraining your second daughter in law from entering your house. If any false cases are filed you can get stay order by High Court. Get certified copies of house property and file a civil case immediately.

Assuming you're a senior citizen. we can file complaint against your daughter-in-law under the maintenance and welfare of senior citizens and parents act. Get an FIR lodged against her before she takes any action such as a police complaint and/or file a police complaint against you all. Any action she takes after will look like a counter to your complaint.
