Asking own marriage gift and articles from husband can be ground for?

After Marr all articles and jewellery was with in law, wife asked husband about it and reason for not returning back . Will this be ground for divorce. As husband in divorce petition have mentioned that wife have accused for not returning her article

the honourable supreme court of india has made a strict rule that a wife will get all streedhan articles of herself and of her husband family part and all recieved by gift during maŕriage and if husband refuses he will have to the pay the price of it as on today
