Send legal notice for divorce and custody of child

Respected sir / madam, My wife cheated me since last 3-4 years (approx). Every thing was seems normal. Very recently I came through some very very objectionable picture of my wife at odd hours in hotel / resort of my wife with his alleged boyfriend ( so called best friend). I am out of town will reach town in next 3-4 days . I am seeking for solution for contested divorce/ mutual divorce/ restore marriage by marriage councelling

when you return to town, you can file divorce by mutual consent or contest or ROR ... if you don't willing to give a single penny to your wife I will suggest you for filing a contested divorce on adultery ground. for filing a contested divorce you should secure all evidence including photos..hotel details if any.
