I am using prepaid Sim card for last 5 years, and in our villege network coverage is very poor that's why I and other people unable to make calls and use internet. many times I have requested to their customer care to improve network coverage but still they are not taking any action and I have a evidences of service request numbers & email requests. I am preparing Compitative exams and I am unable to attend online classes because of network problem, so I lost many government jobs and unable to do online jobs. They broadcasting advertisements that is airtel providing good network and high speed internet services. How consumer court provide relief to me?

Q: About separating my mother/harassment to my mother

Sir,my mother is 60 now. I lost my father when I was 6. I am the only son. I should take care of my mother. But my wife insisted and kept my mother in a separate house. Wife is controlling me to meet my mother,for supplying daily needs etc. So I am suffering the harassment caused by my wife . She is threatening me to put me in a jail. What can I do Now?

Firstly if your wife is treating your mother in very way then you can ask your mother to file a complaint against your wife on the basis of cruetly and ill treatment, and secondly if you have lost all hope in the marriage you can file for separation.

The girl has filed a divorce case in Bangalore. The case status is in expatriate status. I mean, if I go to court in the next hearing - we will get the expatriate. The boy resides in Salem and Marriage was taken place in Tirpatur in Tamilnadu. Now the boy side has agreed to exchange the things in Tamilnadu if we agree for Mutual divorce in Tamilnadu. hello, a separate application need to be filed for reappealling the ex parte with the proper reasons why the party in dispute was not able to attend the court hearing, in that way order given in the ex parte can be resolved.

I Married on 27-01-2021, I & My Wife had good understanding in the beginning, And my wife was pregnant by 3-3-2021, It was going good till 17-04-2021, after that she left me because of my mother in-law and went to her home. she started ignoring my calls. I used to call her repeatedly but no reply. My mother in-law insults me saying I'm poor & do you need rich people's daughter because of this I asked my wife why did you marry me, you should have married a rich person. Always my mother in-law stops me from talking to my wife and she says my daughter will became stressed if you talk. My mother in-law conducted baby shower without informing me & even for delivery she didn't inform me. Till now I'm not aware of my kid's gender, DOB & name. On 24-01-2022 I tried to see my wife and kid forcefully, my mother in-law complained against me and filed CSR. Now I have applied for RCR with help lawyer. Whatever happens between me and my wife she records and says she has proof & i sexually harassed
