What to do if there is mistake in court order?

What happens if someone does not obey a court order?

The person who violates a court order that you obtained may be guilty of a criminal offense (also known as contempt of court). It can lead to a police investigation, a prosecution, fines or even imprisonment.

Can no court review its own order?

The High Court does not have the authority to change the original judgment once it has been signed, due to the explicit provision of Section 362. A criminal court cannot review its own decision after it has been signed. 30-Jun-2023

In divorce cases the order sheet is never uploaded online. You need to apply for a certified copy of the same through the signature of the magistrate in which your case was pending. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

When a court order is not uploaded by the concerned court, it means that the official judgment or decision of the court has not been published or made available for public access on the court's website. This situation can lead to confusion and difficulties for parties involved in a case or those seeking information about a particular legal matter.
The reasons for an order not being uploaded by the concerned court can vary. It may be due to administrative delays, technical issues, or the court's policies regarding the publication of certain types of orders. In some cases, it may also be related to the complexity of the case or the need for further verification before making the order public.

If you encounter a situation where an order is not uploaded for a specific case number, you may consider contacting the court's administrative office or legal representatives to inquire about the status of the order and request access to it.
In summary, when a court order is not uploaded by the concerned court, it means that the official decision has not been published online, and the reasons for this may vary. It's essential to seek proper channels for information or assistance if you need access to such orders.
