You may request your lawyer to obtain a decree copy. Alternatively, you may directly apply to the court registrar's office by citing the suit number and paying the necessary fee. It is only a matter of routine.

You might have engaged an advocate to argue your case before the district court and ask him to take necessary steps for getting the copy of the order from the court. Getting a copy of the order is not a big issue .

You have to apply through your lawyer to get a certified copy of the court order.in case if you're Lawyer not furnished the copy to you,or refusing to give the same to you, you can very well file an affidavit in person or through some other advocate

You must apply the order copy on payment of stamp charges. First you need to approach your lawyer and without his knowledge you are not supposed to get the order copy by fraudulent means. In case if you argued this matter on your own take assistance from the clerks available in the said court.
