CASE STATUS- CASE DISPOSED, NATURE OF DISPOSAL - UNCONTESTED DISPOSED

28-Jun-2023 (In Criminal Law)
Case details - FIR NO.910/19 (POLICE STATION BINDAPUR DELHI), SECTIONS- 452,323,354A,354B & 506 My first question is: - 1. I have applied for the anticipatory bail and the bail has been granted but when I am checking it on the website it is showing over there that the CASE STATUS- CASE DISPOSED, NATURE OF DISPOSAL - UNCONTESTED DISPOSED, though the final order and judgement is not uploaded but the concerned court as it is showing on the website. So is the case over and no more hearing's will be held in future? 2. Acquittal has been done by the court in my case and I have been vindicated from this slandering accusation ? 3. I am selected for a government job will it effect my police verification and is it possible that I can loose my job?

The case status 'CASE DISPOSED' with the nature of disposal 'UNCONTESTED DISPOSED' means that in the matter of your anticipatory bail, the opposite party did not put forth a contest or any objection to your bail application and that it has been decided by the Court. Now, this decision may be in your favour - in the form of a grant of bail; or not in your favour - in the form of rejection of bail. The nature of disposal simply means how did the court arrive at the decision, in your case it was uncontested i.e., the opposite party did not contest your application for bail. You would have to physically check with the Court in order to gain clarity on the grant or rejection of your bail.
It is the matter of your anticipatory bail that has come to an end, not your case. The case will come to an end with either your discharge, acquittal or conviction or if the charges are dropped by the victim against you.
Police verification certificate provide information about an individual's criminal history, including any convictions or pending charges. In your case, the certificate is bound to reflect your criminal history as charges are pending against you. Grant of bail provides only a temporary respite and not a permanent resolution to your case.

You should check the disposal order of the court. Your job prospects will only be affected if you are convicted or have pending investigation. Also please check service rules of the department you are going to join for further clarity on this.

once you are acquitted then it will not affect your selection in government jobs. The bail disposal may be no problem, what is more important is the case disposal for future thing. As far as slander is concerned after your acquittal you can certainly proceed and file case against the person who made the statement or the complaint.
