she can not claim her right over the property own by your parents before or after divorce. you are advise that please file a divorce petition against your wife for her cruelty against your parents and you. as per your facts she is not comply with the matrimonial obligations towards you. its also a mental cruelty done by your wife. firstly you have to issue a legal notice through lawyer and also file a criminal complaint against your wife by your mother/father regarding slapping. your parents are full rights over the property they can do anything as per their desire for their property and no one has right to compel them regarding this property. you immediately required legal action.

Your wife cannot claim the property which is in your mother's name. If the relationship between you and your wife is such a nature that you can't live together any further. It would better to dissolve the marriage. But be ready to pay maintenance to your wife. She will definitely file a case for maintenance and domestic violence. You will get justice if you fight properly. Revert me . All the best.
