There are two ways to take divorce, one is mutual consent in which both the parties are willing to take divorce and file one petition before the Court for divorce and second is contested divorce where one party is not willing to take divorce and another one wants and files a petition on some ground like cruelty etc.
The first step is to file a petition in either cases before the Court.

Yes u can file suit for divorce under HMA at at age n stage, this has nothing to do with age ….there are 9 grounds for the same n you can choose any according to your case n facts..u must hire an expert to understand the law consequences etc
