We paid 75 lakhs to a construction company and the work has completed but there is no window grill for one of the window and the roof is leaking and engineer is not responding even after multiple complaints. What should I do now? Hindu

Police have filed wrong criminal sections and later by internal inquiry found out that their personnel have erroneously filed wrong charge sheet. Now SP have assured that justice would be served. I have won in the lower court, they have challenged it in the high court, in how many days will I get the notice from the high court.

It will depend on the fact that whether the High Court deems it fit to consider their Appeal and issue notice. If notice is issued by the High Court during admission stage then it might take 4/6 weeks unless specified in the order of the High Court that it has to be heard urgently.
