My Parents FIR quashed based on MOU. Mediation was referred by high court.As Mediator has mentioned crime number to be quashed and told that as its mentioned crime number husband fir will be quashed, Have filed my quashing as well and its pending. wife has also filed objections saying i have just participated and not the petitioner for the MOU signed.stay is pending.after 4 years(from the date of FIR) trial court has issued summons as well.I need to get stay and quashing of FIR.

Q: False allegation, bail ,marriage and manipulation
Returned home after 2 yrs, met long standing girlfriend, she fixed a false rape case,was jailed came out on bail,married her only after a week. Lived with her but she doesn't trust me,kept abusing, manipulating me by telling she won't comprise if I don't act accordingly to her wishes etc etc,got fed up left her and living separate. My case is filed in high court. Utterly lost,no work, no life, a humiliating tag and alone on the streets. What is the advice for squashing case
