Hello , As per the latest judgement from supreme court ,

Can court still force husband to allow wife to stay in their inlaws house even against their will ?
With the above judgment it means wifes can forcefully come to stay in their in laws even the case is on going in court & give more mental harrasment to the husband .
Request some clarity for understanding .

you can evict her from your premises but it needs to be roundup her in some litigations. which finally lead her to vacate hour house. but every litigations needs to drafted keeping vin mind your ultimate relief which ultimately compel her to do some settlement or directly in accordance with law you can force her to do so.
