You have a vested right over that property, you can file case against your In-laws if they are forcing you to leave your Matrimonial House.

Further you can also file a case against your husband under the relevant provisions of Hindu Marriage Act and Cr. P. C. for claiming maintenance, If your husband is not working then you can also claim maintenance from your In-laws as well.

You can draft a detailed complaint through a well-learned counsel and file a domestic violence case agaisnt your in-laws stating the harassment, torture and mental agony faced by you. It will be firstly investigated by the Crime Against Women Cell and then transferred further.

Amongst many other legal options one such remedy is that of filing a Domestic violence case against them. No person can legally oust you from your matrimonial shared household. For further query you may contact me.
