Dear Sir/Madam, My anticipatory bail has been rejected in district court for false 498 case filed against me by my wife on the grounds that I fled from Canada. My wife had filed a false domestic violence case against me in Canada after which I left Canada without informing anyone. My wife's father has filed false 498A case against me in India and I am having a hard time getting anticipatory bail because he shows in court that there were pending cases against me which I did not complete and I left Canada without informing anyone. Please advise how to convince judge to get anticipatory bail against false 498A in India
