There is no limitation of number in filing of a case, however once the bail gets rejected then filing of the same case in the same court must be supported with new grounds for allowing the bail prayer. If still the bail prayer get rejected then I would advice you to go for High Court.

You may file anticipatory bail application innumerable times until charge sheet is filed by the police. If the sessions court has rejected your AB application you may always move the high court and file your AB application :)

Hi
So far your question is concern, there is no bar for filling successive bail application before the court, but it is mandatory to state the new condition/ development in every application. Otherwise it will be rejected.

There is no limit in filing anticipatory bail applications. But each time you approach the Hon'ble Court there should be a new ground and new circumstances. The subsequent grounds taken shall not be vague.
