Dear Client
Yes you can move to supreme court against the order of the high court on grounds that the presence of the accused is essential for investigation. If you move to supreme court the state will definitely file an appeal as well. you have a good case. However, will need to see your documents in detail before further advise. Feel free to contact for filing of SLP before supreme court.

Hi,
you have to move an appropriate application seeking cancellation of anticipatory bail. You have to state as to why the anticipatory bail should not have been granted. For more information, feel free to have a word with me. All the best.

Dear Sir/Madam,
Apropose to your query this is to inform you that you can approach the Hon'ble The Supreme Court of India vide Special Leave Petition and under Appeallate Jurisdiction. You had a chance to challenge the said Anticipatory Bail Application at Hon'ble High Court of Patna at that time but unfortunately you missed it. Now you can move to the Supreme Court.
Indeed, Hon'ble Supreme Court can grant you the said relief thereafter considering the contentions you would have proposed thereof.
For more please visit in person.

Thanks & Regards,

Adv. Abdul Kader,
( Delhi High Court)
