When the person gets an order of acquittal, it means, the allegation made against him is him has not been proved. So he is not an accused as the charges against him is not proved. Therefore, that order will not have any bearing on the government job.

It depends upon the outcome of the case. If you were acquitted in that case then there is absolutely no bar on you. However if you were convicted in that case and have undergone the punishment which was awarded, then it might depend upon the place where you are applying for a job.
