Acquitted in a criminal case will I be eligible for government job

If you are acquitted then it is proved that you are not guilty. Regarding government job it depends on the what kind of job you are looking for ant what is the rules and regulation in that government organisation. If they do your background verification then you will get caught. Hence, in the form which you fill in the application itself you have to mention that whether have you gone under criminal case or imprisonment and then it is the discretion of the organisation to select you as per the norms so attach your acquittal order copy also and request. Moreover it can't be opined now .

my query is criminal case register and aquitted can i eligible govt job ipc sec 143 147 148 149 323 324 504 506 some people r asking and according to supreme Court no govt job with these criminal section case date 18.5.14 case close date 22.2.15 no horrest no enquiry no punishment arise chargesheet to produce court.

Ans: if you are aquitted and no appeal is pending then you are eligible.

Hi, On the employment form you need to fill details of your arrest and the case. There are certain factors we need to discuss to check whether you are eligible for government job.
