• Legal Notice: Must be sent within 30 days of receiving the bank’s dishonor memo.
• Grace Period for Payment: 15 days from the date of notice receipt.
• Filing Deadline: If unpaid, you must file a cheque bounce case within the next 30 days.
• Total Time Limit: 45 days from the notice date.

Delay in filing? The court may allow an extension under Section 142 N.I. Act if a valid reason is provided.

Sir please reply what is the charges for divorce in mutual consent and also the time it will take . I have a child of three years and my husband has no problem of giving her custody to me.

It usually takes 6 to 8 months depend upon the courtwhich hears the matter after filing of mutual consent divorce the court will give a date after six months that can be advanced to India date by firing in advance application. And filing application for cooling off period Later it will be sent for mediation and after the mediation report the court will give a degree of diverse accordingly

Q: I have taken a loan from my friend and he backstabbed me

Hi Sir Myself Harish and I have taken an amount of 4 Lakh for weekly interest with my friend and I have paid interest more than double the money and he asked for a settlement but I asked him for time, he took a 100 rs bond paper and 6 blank cheques of mine last november. After a month without informing me he has bounced the cheques in three different persons name for Rs25,00000 and he has sent me a legal notice to clear 25 Lakhs. I have got a summons from court telling me to attend the court . I will attend the court should I take an anticipatory bail for this or is it enough for me to attend the court. Dear Sir/Madam,i got married on feb 2018.after 2 months my mother came took my wife to her home.reason for making seperate family.till now my wife is there with her mom. her mom not allow us live together.early one year i am seperate from my wife. my parents are aged near 80years.i am the only son of my parents.i cant make them seperate in this age.But my motherinlaw planned everything and done it.how to get back my wife or what is the solution for this. i dont have any contact with my wife last 11 months.she changed her phone number.

Send a legal notice to her in this regards . Asking her to come back and join matrimonial house and she’s not coming to your matrimonial house you can file a case for divorce on that basis how are you can file a case for conjugal rights in the family could do contact for further details
