Yes it’s mandatory to attend and if you don’t attend they may take a exparty steps. My advice is better to attend the case in person or through your legal counsel. U you You may ask your legal counsel to attend the case or you may attend yourself to avoid the exparty

Hi All, I have received legal notice from the court by my husband to appear before the court on given the time and date. Answer 1,2,3yes it’s always good to attend the court on given date so that case will not be heard exparty 4. Your husband may get a divorce in exparty. If you attend the court you may refer the case foe mediation and try to so love the issues if possible
Q: Open my own private firm, but husband has a job with legal restriction
Dear Sir/Madam, I am a house wife and want to open my own business, but my husband is working in private firm where it is restricted to work else where. Can I take the lead , and open a private /llc company .. definitely I will be driving , but it is also fact that my husband will be helping me out. Ofcouse he will maintain a good performance with the company he is working for currently. will this cause a legal problem in future to my husbands job. Dear hemangi, No legal issues since officially he is not involved with your company. You may start a compnay in your name as one person compnay(OPC). You can use the same OPC until you cross your turnovers more then two crores. After which you may convert the compnay in to private LTD compnay. Further you may contact us or visit us ar SS Law.
