Q: Passport mother's name correction

Have already checked the passport seva doc advisor.But my mother's name in all my docs like Passport,Birth certificate & Marks cards is different than her name in her all government issued Id's.She has never changed her name. Just that all in my Id's is one name and in her documents is one.How do I prove that it's the same person?&then Now I want to get her name corrected in my Passport same as in her Government issued Id's like her Passport.Wat docs shd I submit when I go for passport renewal

If you are not taken any dowry you need not to worry. If in case of you revived in any kind, cash, bank tranfer in such cases proof and evidence is sufficient to file a complaint against your son and on his parents even after 3.5 months upto 7 years. Let your son file a RCR case against your daughter in law

Option to move court and obtain stay order and file a suit for damages. Its trespass of the property by a person under Section 441 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. Cr. stands for Crime. It refers to the stage before a criminal case is formally registered. Once the case is registered, it is referred to as CC (Calendar Case).
Implication: Cr. is the initial stage handled by the police, which later matures into a proper CC at the hands of the court. After the FIR is filed, the Magistrate orders an investigation. The police then investigate, file relevant documents, and submit a charge sheet. Once this is done, the case reaches the stage of CC.
