Hi.. my friend married on 2016 and from last two years she living with her parents not husband.. reason is extra marital affair..she filled divorce but till now hearing is not done and apposite party has not visited to court yet..3 times court case date is postponed.. the opposition party is not taking court notice seriously and hear court is not taking any legal action again opposition..my friend is now 35 year old..how Many years she has to waste like this.. looking for advice.
