Senior citizen harrassment and physical assault

Dear Sir, My Father who is a senior citizen with 69 years of age is physically assaulted by my neighbor having 35 years of age. On a minor confusion ,he started banging our doors and when my father went out he along with others had beaten him brutally , he was bleeding profusely and his eyes had completely black and blue circle all over( We have all relevant pics of his bleeding ,blood all over the floor etc). I came out little late and by that time my father was thrashed, post which both of us had the fist fight but neighbors came in between for rescue.and further police was called and all three of us were taken for MLC and further SHO of the police station has told us for FIR after 6-7 days. We approached DCP of the area and post his intervention FIR was lodged with sections of 323/341/506/34. MLC for all three has come non-Grievous. As MLC's are non-grevious and further sections are bailable ,everybody is insisting us to go ahead with the compromise as there are inherent legal d

Sir , it would be difficult to say anything on half information. Please share the entire details. There is no mentioning about the confusion or the cause of incident. MLC can be for non grevious hurt but can be proven the same on the ground of age of your father.

Police should have filed the chargesheet before the court.
