Senior citizen harassment - family dispute

Hello,
I am 26 year old unmarried girl.My brother recently got married. Now his wife is harassing my mom and dad. We have recordings as a proof. My brother is also along with his wife. My both parents crossed age of 65 now. My father is the owner of the house where we are currently living. We asked my brother and his wife to live separately but they are not ready to move out. Kindly help me with this situation.
Senior citizen parents have all the rights to lawfully get justice in this case. We would need to discuss this matter in detail to understand it completely. We should discuss this in detail to be completely sure about this.

Your parents can file maintenance application under section 125 of CrPC. Your brother is responsible to look after your father and mother. He can't avoid is responsibilities. And if house is in your fathers name even as per Hindu Secession Act you are having equal right as your brother having.
