what to do if senior citizens are harassed by fake complaint on son

prosecutrix molded the FIR 164 and 161 to put false 376 allegations on their son after consensual sex enjoyment, sex chat and everything. the senior citizens son never went to her place or locality. She only came and enjoyed sex. she stays in noida and he stays in chennai. Due to this false case the parents of the accused faced a lot of trauma. The accused also had taken the prosecutrix to his home for talking about marriage with his parents, but due to her behavior and rejecting senior citizens
This is just a matter of arguments before the court and trying to convince them that it was the girl who used to come again and again to the locality of the accused person. So the 376 is not made out because all the acts were with consent with both the parties and hence the FIR must be quashed. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
