Need help please answer my questions

I want to go abroad and work but im charged with 21,21c is there any agreement which i do with judge and leave country? And its been allmost 8 court dates but the judge is not charging the case

okay I understand your questions so now you want abroad but you are strucking in court case right you can take the permition to court and go to abroad in that work deoend up on your case it is ninbailable Or it us soft case Or hard that is also important so depend up on your case you tak e the permition only a few months not more year

Dear Sir,

You have two options one is going to the High Court and get stay of the Trial before the Lower Court. Otherwise file a discharge application before the Trial Court and thus see that charges are not filed and in the meanwhile you may go to Abroad for short period. You may file a petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C before High Court seeking permission to go Abroad for livelihood and get permanent exemption.

You can file discharge application under Section 239 crpc , if evidence is not commenced in the case. Otherwise you can seek permission from the court to go to abroad by filing an application. If you have not committed any crime as per the allegations and if charge sheet is not disclosing your offence then go for discharge application or wishing under 482 of crpc before high court
