3-storeyed building in fathers' name,father expired. No will left. Mother and 3 siblings are stakeholders. No mututation/property division done. Can my brother keep a pet dog ( which frequently attacks us /visitors and creates other nuissances)? Can I seek an injunction in local court? Thanks
one has the right to keep pets with the corresponding obligation to ensure that the pet do not cause any nuisance to others. if you think your brother's pet is causing any nuisance then first serve a legal notice upon him and then lodge a GD and then file a civil case and you can certainly get an injunction.
