Q: Can get relief if file in NCLT

We are 6 years old LLP firm and continuous in loss, Our few vendors payment dues for 3-5 years or before Covid periods. they are sending notices on regular basis, and few have threatened us. We are unable to make their payment due to regular losses, can we appeal/file to NCLT Court for relief. Our Firm is still running. Not getting any Loans due to losses but we are trying from private also, from this amount we can pay only 20-25 % . please suggest .

yes you can get yourself wound up by filing an application under provision of IBC. the court will declare you insolvent and bankrupt and try to pay of your debtors. but it is a costly process. kindly be careful with your books of accounts. this is the leading factor in determing solvency or insolvency

Q: Husband Is A Gay Can I File IPC 420? Do People Really Get Justice?

My husband is gay. I have electronic evidences. Can i file FIR with ipc 420? will he be arrested? He lives in Chennai and comes from a well to do family. I have been through a lot of torcher and I have evidence of the torcher done by him and his family on me.

get the FIR quashed from High Court bu submitting all the orders of the subordinate court. kindly contact S S Law Offices for further discussion by searching Google. you need to appeal to the court to quash your FIR and then if it is granted yoi need to place the same order before the subordinate court and you will get relief80 13 02 18 18

I have order a Veg burger from burger king from swiggy but received a non veg one. It was sealed pack to I accepted the order and paid the delivery guy. It was dark so I didn’t checked and started to eat but after 2nd bit realised something was odd with taste so I checked it, it was non veg

Q: Defamatory comment on a post of another's facebook wall.

I made a comment on the post of a person on his facebook wall on 13.04.2024. The comment was defamatory for the person. Althogh it is true but can't be proved by documentary evidence. Subsequently the person also made comment against me indirectly but intending to assassin my character. Then both the comments i.e. mine and his were deleted within an hour. My question is as to whether I may be sued by the 2nd. person for my defamatory comment u/s 499 of IPC or any other law in force ?
