I would like to know in year 2009 if a 16 year old boy try to have sex with a girl when she disagree to it and put off her underwear then the boy realizes his mistake and put the underwear on to the girl without touching her. just put it rest and move on brother. it's been 7 years. I suggest consult a psychiatrist and deal with your problem because clearly you are more in guilt rather than a Legal problem. move on in life and make productive use of it
