How to WITHDRAWAL FIR/ COMPLAIN without court hearings

We caught a robber on our construction site and handed over to the police and we also filled a complaint on white sheet and handed over to police. nHow can we find out that Police has filled FIR or not without getting notice from police . If police has filled FIR then can we withdraw or complain or FIR without court hearing.

aap ek compromise application High Court mein file kar sakte hain jisse ki vah mukadma khatm ho jaega...
aur aap use FIR ka number jakar police station se le sakte hain aur Baki ke paper Kacheherii se nikalwa sakte hain...
tab aapko exact status case ka pata chal jaega... aur aap usko khatm Karva sakte hain .....

if police would have registered a FIR, they would have handed a free copy of the same to you, which you're entitled under law. most likely police has not registered any case or lodged any fir. feel free to get in touch to seek detailed legal advice
