I want to withdraw cyber crime complaint

Hello sir, i filed a cyber crime complaint against one person who was male but posing as female on telegram platform. He was offering playboy (male sex worker)job and getting money from people. I asked him and paid 1499rs which was my mistake. Then i never wanted to do the job so I asked him to pay my money back and he blocked me so i filed online cyber complaint against him and then informed him. He paid my money back and now i want withdraw that complaint as I'm student i don't want to indulge in legal problems. So what can I do? Is it required to go to cyber police station? I got complaint recieved successfully message from cyber cell. Will they charge for me for any crime?

Its simple, visit the cyber police station and asked them that you want to withdraw the complaint as the matter is resolved. They, will proceed your request further and close your complaint.
They will not charge anything from you its totally free.

You may approach the concerned police station seeking information on the formalities of withdrawing the complaint. Usually, you would be required to submit a written application alongwith an affidavit, requesting withdrawal of your complaint.
