once u file the complaint or fir of rape you and accused both will be medically examined.... also you can use and produce whatever evidence you have in support of your case to prove ur case.. but the more you delay the weaker your case becomes..... in response to Towel first it is to be explained what's the relevance of Towel before you put in evidence

A sperm has the life of maximum 72 hours. finding sperm on towel and on your private part beside two fingure insertion medical test are most vital evidences to prove rape. A considerable time has lapsed so as such no medical evidences would be available and towel would also be of no help. Report the matter and other collective evidences would be helpful to prove rape and punish the culprit.
