Q: Is proclaimed offender order still valid

We two brother own joint property. I move out. My brother file private defamation complaint. Within 2 days summons was issued. Then warrant was issued. then Proclamation order is issued. All orders were served on my home where I do not live at for years. My brother committed contempt of court by serving all orders at home where he lives at. He made fool of judge. Judge not done any investigation or inquiry.If service of summons & warrant is not valid, is proclamation order invalid.

yes it is invalid.... u can tell the court to cancel proclamation order issued in ur name and then you can choose to proceed the case on merit and win from there . u have to tell to the court as to how come u came to know abt the case

surety will only be called in case the accused is not appearing In the court ... and if the accused is still not appearing then the court can cancel the bail of the accused its better to ensire that accused comes in court or else seeks exemption for non appearing

We hired lawyer filed sec13 1ia. He also filed counter for sec9 which was filed by my wife. For both filings we paid money to my lawyer. From last 3 years case was dragging. Current status for both cases are pending one time my lawyer cross examined her. I am not satisfied with my lawyer. If I continue my cases with another lawyer do I need to pay money to my lawyer? How to get papers from my lawyer?

in case you have fee dues left .. u pay him and get your files ... if all dues are clear then you can get the file ... still in case there is difficulty in getting the files .. u can hire a new lawyer who will help u get you case record from the concerned court where your case is pending

you can file case for Defamtion .compensation and malicious prosecution you can file both civil and criminal case ... as u have been dragged into unnecessary litigation which finally you have won in your favour counsult a lawyer along with all the recored of the rape case which u finally won and proceed accordingly

I downloaded the Rupeeway loan app and submitted my documents for loan approval, but they disbursed 3850 rupees for 7 days without my consent and demanded a refund of 7000 rupees within 3 days. I told them I did not approve the loan and asked for its cancellation. I tried contacting their customer care number and email, but received no response. Instead, they publicized my picture with captions like 'loan chor' and 'rapist'. Please help me file a fake loan app harassment complaint.

gather all the docs in which they are alleging that you are loan chor or rapist and file both civil and criminal case of defamation against them in coirt of law... separately you can also lodge a complaint of cheating against them for passing your loan without your approval....you can file the complaint in cyber cell and also in economic offence wing .. who knows they would have duped more people like u
